Old Town Station Phase 2 breaks ground

Today, February 15, Mayor Shetter and Councilmembers Rick Green, Ronnie Johnson, Todd K. Hulsey and Katherine Reading along with representatives from Dow Holdings broke ground on Old Town Station Phase 2, a 15,254 square foot building, located near the intersection of Renfro Street and I-35W (behind Old Town Station which is home to The Rim and Rio Mambo). Ol’ South Pancake House, Fish City Grill and First Impressions Salon have already signed on to be tenants. Projected opening is the first quarter of 2020.
